Higher education and Research workshop outcomes

• Wave of reforms in the various European universities in line with Bologna process (1999) and the Lisbons trategy (2000) towards a merchandization of higher education and research
  
  
• Need for resistance and protest: coordination at the European level of the different Attac working groups (or any concerned Attacies...)‏
  
  
• Building of a European Attac network to:
• share infomation on the state of affairs of the reform applications
• organise collective actions such as an alternative summit on higher education and research to the Spring summit in March 2009
